Now, we just found out more about Netflix’s next big gaming venture, Kingdom: The Blood. Kingdom: The Blood is based on the popular live-action K-drama series, The Kingdom. The show is also based on the popular Korean webtoon series, The Kingdom of the Gods. It has two seasons with 12 episodes each as well as one special feature-length episode. The Kingdom is pretty much the answer to, “what would happen if zombies existed in pre-modern times?” South Korea-based video game development studio, Action Square, will take the lead on the development of Kingdom: The Blood. We’re not expecting a lot from Kingdom: The Blood, but can see the potential in it. If the game is a huge success, it might encourage Netflix to spend more money on better games for the platform. If nothing else, it will help improve the subscription-base situation over at Netflix. Speaking of Netflix, the first episode of the final season of Better Call Saul just launched.
