Make sure to subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate now
At E3 2021, Microsoft confirmed that Halo Infinite was going to be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. Now that the game’s nearing its full release, the decision to add bonuses for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers is a good idea. For the first month, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will receive the following perks:
“Pass Tense” MA40 Assault Rifle Bundle 4 x 2XP boosts 4 x Challenge Swaps
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can claim these Perks using the Perks gallery on their Xbox One or Xbox Series S/X. Alternatively, you can also redeem the Perks on the Xbox App on the PC and the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android devices. 343 is saying all the right things and checking all the right boxes in the lead-up to Halo Infinite’s launch. After making changes to the game’s Battle Pass, 343 decided to increase the XP bonus for the first six completed matches by players. ut, no matter what 343 does, the important thing here is that 343 addresses the game’s already-rampant cheating problem. After issuing a worrying statement about how cheaters are always going to be a problem for Halo Infinite, 343 will need to take a more proactive approach in keeping the game’s multiplayer side relatively free from cheaters. In other Xbox Game Pass news, Microsoft also confirmed the next set of titles headed to Xbox Game Pass for December 2021.
What’s next for Halo Infinite?
At the moment, fans are just waiting for 343 to release Halo Infinite in full. Technically, the game is already available to play albeit only its multiplayer side and it is in “beta”. The full release won’t be until December 8. Meanwhile, other in-game content such as Forge mode and the co-op campaign are all coming in 2022. According to recent reports, 343 is also working on another Halo game outside of Halo Infinite. This is not confirmed yet, but 343 could make it official at The Game Awards 2021.
